It lasted about 6 months before it was unusable (more like very highly inconvenient with some screen twitching and sometimes would not turn on) so I sent it back and got a replacement in February of this year. It just barely died on me last month, saying "no signal" no matter what I did. So even the "replacement" that was supposed to work did not last more than 6 months either.”➕

“I have a XP-Pen Innovator 16, and I loved it, but after 14 months (so just after the warranty ran out...) it started flickering, snow on the screen, jumping screen and total loss of connection. And I always kept it on the table (no drawing on my lap), and never even unplugged it as I had read the connection gets bad easily. And still, it died on me.”➕
