Review of the All Clad Non-Stick? Anyone have this? Looking to upgrade from my old and beat up Tramontina.
First carbon steel pan matfer black steel. Did initial seasoning as recommended with the salt and potatoes with coconut oil on glass electric cooktop. Have been cooking with it a few days since, mainly eggs in butter and some burgers. How does it look ?

Safe cooking with non-toxic materials
You have to be really, really careful about wording. Their website reads “Blue Diamond is toxin-free and manufactured without PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium so you can also cook without worry.”- it *doesn’t* claim to be PTFE-free.
Try grape seed oil if the others don’t work out. I struggled with several, until ultimately all my problems were solved. High smoke point, durable, flavorless.
Can cook multiple pancakes at once

Nonstick surface deteriorates over time
This is my second one, after using for few months it just like then first one that started to stick.
Tried many tricks, nothing has worked.
Temperature sensing mechanism issues
I was able to get a warranty replacement for the griddle but it seems like a waste to just throw this one out if all it needs is a small part.
Nonstick surface may wear off
I wouldn't oil the handle or outside unless your oven seasoning. The handle won't get hot enough and will just get greasy and the outside oil will just burn over whatever heat source you use.
Griddle warps during first use
Griddle warping on first run.
Yall saying this will go back down after normal use?
Temperature control issues
But yeah, it is always good practice to keep some neutral oil on hand.
