Just checked and the bands I've been using the last few years are Intey too... to be honest I mostly use the lighter ones but use them for [daily underhand band pull aparts] as well as adding load to pushups, X-Band lateral walks, etc
Aha okay thats great thanks for letting me know. Yeah I was hoping to be able to use them for stuff like lat raises, maybe even some squat stuff and OHP.

Resistance bands are generally inferior to most bodyweight exercises or barbell exercises for strength and hypertrophy.
they always seem to say (and most articles I've read on the subject) tend to say that resistance bands don't actually work for building muscle.
Can be challenging for certain exercises
its just a source of resistance.
Limited resistance compared to free weights
What you stated is true, BUT the bands offer much less resistance than the free weights at the bottom of the curl.
