It's really fun and can be challenging if you try different things on it, like squats, getting down in one knee, maneuvering on it while balancing etc.
Fun and engaging workout
We have one, can’t say it hurts, can’t say it helps. But it is fun.
I made one with a piece of wood, a plastic pipe, and glued some foam pads on it. It doesn't just help with balancing but helps build core strength too.
I am not really sure where I’m going wrong as I’m trying to follow what the instructors are saying but it’s just not coming together.
And do some balance and core work.

the ball is far more challenging as it allows multi directional movement and while neither replicate a true surf feel, the ball comes closest and both help with overall balance, coordination and strength.
