I have zero regerts. I use that thing all the time, even at a higher heat than recommended (I'm a bad boy).

I’ve just come to prioritize ergonomics a lot more as I’ve gotten to my old and feeble mid-30s.
The pan itself is solid but if you want to pick it up to flip food frequently, it’s not ideal.
Carbon steel pans require care for longevity
