Easy to maintain once seasoned
I just read the manual (for a wok?!) and apparently this thing needs more maintenance then my haircut.
However if you’re guilty of “letting the pans soak” then you’ll have to break that habit lmao.
The whole process of washing, drying, and lightly oiling shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.
Dry it right after washing is and smear a couple of drops of oil on it with s paper towel, almost no extra effort required.

Once it gets nice and seasoned, it's better than any nonstick you can find.

it's really cool how fast you can cook stuff in a wok.

I got a really inexpensive carbon steel wok on Amazon that has been great.

When done cooking, rinse, wipe, and add back to the heat.
