Can bake multiple items at once
Has anyone bought a convection oven just for macs? I know it sounds a little crazy.
I can then bake all my cake layers / tart shells and perhaps 2 trays of scones all at once.

Mine heats up the kitchen like crazy, but it's winter here so for me that's a plus.

I still get all that roasted garlic amazingness and my kitchen gets to smell amazing as well.

In the UK these are called fan ovens for obvious reasons and are standard for, I'm going to guess the last 15+ years.
