If you have Ooni pizza oven and like steak, I highly recommend cooking a steak in that oven.

Not familiar with those ovens. How easy is it to clean the interior?
They did not burn and they were crispy and delicious! I think I cooked them for the same amount of time that the package says, and flipped them over once halfway through.
If you have a convection oven or toaster oven use the convection setting. It is the same as air frying and will give you a crispy exterior.

Getting it hotter makes it easier to burn the edges of the crust without providing any real benefit.
the cooking is faster, we say "violento" in italy, (it takes only 4 minutes in a proper oven!), so the dough doesn't have time to dry up.

I feel a sense of completeness when I cook pizza in a pizza oven (just like I like toasting bread in the bread toaster or making a waffle in the waffle maker).....you dont NEED these, i agree - but it just gives you a sense of satisfaction to know you used the “”right”” tool.
I really like the results.

I think it works pretty well. The only thing I don’t like about it is on the website it says it’s oven safe up to 500 degrees but the manual/instructions from the box says up to 400 degrees.
