Snoop's Take

The OPI Expert Touch Remover is a specialized acetone nail polish remover designed to effectively eliminate nail polish while maintaining the integrity of your nails and cuticles. Known for its fast and non-drying formula, this remover is particularly praised for its ability to sweep away even the darkest nail polish shades without the harsh effects typically associated with acetone products. Users have expressed their satisfaction with its performance, noting that it leaves cuticles soft and smooth, with one reviewer stating, "But I swear it's like using water." While the product excels in removing both lacquer-based and gel nail polish, some users have reported issues with the bottle design, leading to leaks if not kept upright. Overall, the OPI Expert Touch Remover comes highly recommended for those seeking an effective and gentle nail polish remover. Its positive feedback highlights its strength in maintaining nail health while providing efficient polish removal, making it a top choice in its category.

It is really handy for a few touchups but it doesn't last long enough.

This tends to work much better than scrubbing it off.
I fear that if I use clips it'll get even worse and it'll dry my nails far too much.
I noticed that if you soak long enough, the edges of the coat of nail envy will lift up and once they are lifted up enough, you can peel it off.
I remove my polish using pure acetone & manicure clips!
Discussion on nail polish thinner alternatives
I’ve been buying these for a while now and this is and will be the only brand of polish I see myself purchasing for like…..ever.
Use a few drops nail polish thinner instead of remover to thin your polishes out.
Literally did not know they make nail polish thinner!
do not use acetone in your polishes, that can ruin them.

I use zoya polish temover.
It’s still as effective as acetone but it’s softer on the cuticles.
Pure acetone with Baroness X acetone additive is the one I reach for most often.
I've used 100% acetone for 10+ years and never have problems.
Discussion on effectiveness of non-acetone vs acetone removers
Actually, it’s not better for your nails because it takes longer to remove the polish it stays on your nail longer.
Zoya’s purple polish remover changed the game for me.
For glitters I have to use the Cutex Ultra-Powerful remover.
Discussion on nail polish application techniques
I tried using the corrector pen after letting all the layers dry, but the polish doesn't come off that easily without pressing hard.

I give up. I got an acrylic overlay. The guy made 3 of my fingers bleed. It was still less painful than trying to use Opi nail lacquer.
Quick dry top coat is the answer.
I REFUUUUSE to use regular nail polish for this exact reason.
Def recommend ilnp, kbshimmer, Holo taco, and mooncat for quick drying.

Discussion on potential design improvements
a simple solution is to put a small magnetic strip lining the inside of the bottle and the lid to act as a stopper.
A simple solution is to put it in a bottle with a properly working lid 😉
It is properly working, but someone put too much wd-40 on it.
Better solution is to pour it into a better container.
