Snoop's Take

The RDX Elbow Pads are designed for athletes in various combat and sports disciplines, providing essential protection during activities like Muay Thai, MMA, kickboxing, and basketball. With high-impact absorbing padding and a revolutionary 4-way segmented cushioning system, these elbow guards ensure that users can perform at their best without compromising safety. Feedback from users highlights the effective protection offered, with one user stating, "I swear by these," while others appreciate the adjustable fit and variety of sizes available, although some noted a preference for other brands or found the pads too bulky for their liking. Despite some criticism regarding size fit and bulkiness, the RDX Elbow Pads have garnered a generally positive response, with many users praising their durability and comfort. The adjustable hook and loop closure allows for a secure fit, accommodating different arm sizes, though a few users mentioned that the one-size-fits-all design may not suit everyone. Overall, these elbow pads are recommended for individuals seeking reliable protection during high-impact sports, although those with larger arms may want to consider alternatives. In conclusion, the RDX Elbow Pads stand out in their category for their combination of comfort, adjustability, and protective features. However, potential buyers should be aware of the fit issues noted by some users and consider their specific needs before purchasing.

High-impact absorbing padding for safety
Means I can hop for as long as my biceps will allow me.
What Elbow Pads do you recommend for sparring / blocking kicks?
I imagine this is what tennis elbow feels like - elbow feels loose and there’s a sharp pain during movement.
As we are all moving into fighting with elbows we think it will be good practice.
Adjustable fit for secure performance
I’m 6’0 and 180lbs and they fit quite well.
Size options for different arm circumferences
they’re 100% one size fits all.
Durable and long-lasting protection
My Rdx pair have lasted me 2 years I like em
Variety of sizes available for different arm circumferences
But aren't these the one size fits all kinda elbow pads?

Where it needs some work!

Areas to watch—feedback on possible improvements.
Preference for other brands over RDX
I like the quality of their equipment.
Shin guard I would spend the money on top king they are by far the best.
Can second Boon and would also recommend Fairtex.
YOKKAO stands out as one of the best brands for elbow pads.
Pads are too bulky
Combat Sports and Ring to Cage make puffier elbow pads that offer more protection for your sparring partners.
One size fits all doesn't accommodate larger arms
I currently have fairtex ones and they’re too tight on my arms even after taking off the Velcro strap.
I get by by wearing them upside down but they still hurt after a few rounds.
Preference for more expensive, reputable brands
You are protecting your body and your partners. This is one of those things that you get out of what you put into it.
