It is strange that the weight carrying and the weight distributing ratings are the same for the hitch.

I will ruin my way bars on my WeighSafe WDH if I back up into sites like I did.
I ended up bending the hitch latch portion just enough that I couldn't get the ball out without a large sledge hammer.
Requires proper lubrication to minimize noise
I don’t have experience with a blue ox but I’m guessing it hadn’t been lubed in a very long time.
I don't know if the WD40 was a problem but it certainly didn't help.
Scraping noises on sharp turns
I’ve never had a trailer big enough to need any sort of weight distribution hitch.
Wear on L brackets over time
You’ll see the same kind of wear on the L brackets over time.
