Seems to work fine although the gauge reads a bit different psi than my air compressor gauge.

Positive Feedback

All paintball tanks have the same threads, HPA tanks are they only ones you should consider buying tho.

What it does well!

Key strengths users can’t stop talking about.
Reliable regulator performance
Seems to work fine although the gauge reads a bit different psi than my air compressor gauge.
Your reg isn't going to starve your gun at all.
most players aren't outshooting the tank reg's recharge rate.
If there was anything wrong with it I couldn’t ever tell.
Good enough for standard play
I haven't actually tested to see if my gauge works properly but I've heard that they are unreliable.
I think light tanks border on OP but only because they are too powerful early game in assaulting urban areas.
Spent $130 for a brand new HK 68/4500 with HK regulator and it does the same exact thing as a Ninja tank + Reg.
Empire tank works just fine
The empire works just fine.
Since most HP regs are integrated in the gun now, they're designed/engineered to work perfectly with *that gun*.
Lightweight design
Impressed with how light it was.
Empire isn't bad though. I have no complaints with mine.
The advantage of going for model design and light tank is that light tanks complement militia, militia can defend and surround but they are weak at attacking, tanks can do that instead.
The beer weighed more than the 50/4500 tank+reg, I was blown away.

Core Power Plays

The specs and strengths that make it shine.
Paintball tanks use a universal thread standard.
All paintball tanks have the same threads, HPA tanks are they only ones you should consider buying tho.
My 2020 carbon fiber HPA tank and my 1988 aluminum CO2 tank have exactly the same threads.
Found this on TVTropes' "Rooting for the Empire" page. Tanks that disguise as trees and superweapons
BATTLEMODE's Shadow Empire Strategy Podcast - Episode 001 - Light Tanks
Discussion about the Empire's technological capabilities.
making a empty line inside the enemy army, even with ammunition all empty, they still can ram through with their thick armor
The Empire is without any real system of patents or centralised records. Much like in real world Renaissance, your prestige and power are based on having secrets and being able to do things that no one else can do.
You have books like Gotrek and Felix which says they can build new ones. The Army Books have it as a unit you can just use as much as Demigryphs, Knights, etc.
bitter and petty rivalries and even differences of lineages or religions prevents that.
Psychological impact on ancient soldiers from modern warfare technology
There’s a real possibility they think it’s sent from the gods and might even submit rather than fighting.
It can also be argued that the soldiers could lack the knowledge/vision to see this as a more effective measure and just go on a rampage on whichever cities they can.
I suppose they would seem invincible. I can only imagine that a tank would freak them out more than seeing 100 elephants.
I think the crew would go crazy.
Comparative analysis of tank and ancient warfare
If it's a German tank crew piloting the German tank, it's actually somewhat likely one speaks Latin.
Subtle differences in modern paintball markers' performance
Frankly though even the most top of the line expensive marker like an LV2...a good tank like a ninja pro v3 with an SL2 tank and an LTR will run you just over $2k, but you can get a really nice new set up for much less with one of the other markers I listed.
Modern markers all shoot great with very subtle differences between them that you can only truly appreciate shooting some back to back.
Discussion about adjustable tank regulators
If pressure adjustments are such a pain, why not make a tank reg that's adjustable on the fly?
There's no reason to add the complexity, size and weight of an externally adjustable system when you're dealing with 'set it and forget it' methodology.

Unexpected tricks and side‑door uses you’ll love.
Strategy discussion around tank effectiveness
Canderous tanks are absolutely O.P. and I love them.
I don't bother building them.
An A9 can circle around an AT-AT and whittle it down.
Discussion about strategies for using Steam Tanks in gameplay.
TW2: how to use Steam Tanks? Should I use them at all? Also Empire front line infantry Normal difficulty. First time, so I'm scared.
The steam tank is a weird piece. At the start of the battle you would definetly use it as artillery, but they can be used to tank / distract / terror rout.
Playing on normal, preferably making an army that can do well against anyone.
While you're repositioning, it has auto-fire, unlimited ammo of short ranged steam blasts. Use it like a WWI tank, close quarters infantry support.

Buyer’s Cheat Sheet

What to check before you click ‘Add to Cart.’
68/4500 tanks are common and refills are available.
A 68 cubic inch, 4500 psi tank has been very common for many years, you can go bigger, but it's probably unnecessary as you can refill the air tank after each game at most fields.
Universal o-ring kits are recommended for maintenance.
early in the game you are diverting metals and IP from the civilian economy (favoring the cheaper buggy), later the 105 hv medium tank is a better tank counter.
Outdoor play requires refilling tanks from a distance.
It's still playable just wanting to fix it for outdoor play indoor it is no issue the refill is right there but outdoor games last longer and it's farther to the refill station
Let's get a discussion going on Shadow Empire game meta. This time, I'm talking about Light Tanks, and asking the question: are they overpowered? Or are they situationally useful?
Comparisons to Ninja and alternative brands like Rival
Buy a rival tank it is made by Ninja you get all the benefits of ninja for a cheaper price.

Cautionary Callouts

Know the pitfalls before they catch you off guard.
Ninja tank offers adjustable regulator and better customer service
The adjustability and customer service are worth it IMHO.
Ninja has superior customer service and adjustable regulators
Their customer service is top notch, and their regulators are some of the most popular for a reason.
Ninja makes the best regs around along with them being output adjustable and they support an excellent warranty and bottle replacement program.
Discussion about tank effectiveness against armies.
I found out that skavens eat through my infantry for breakfest, so I swapped some of them to tanks and the tanks were tanking Skavens like it was nobody's business.
Empire are combined arms specialists in my opinion, they don't have the very best in any category but they do everything pretty well.
The tanks... they just have something that fills the void in my heart as I watch them ram chaos army... while somehow being healed by life wizards.
I do 5 hand gunners, 5 steam tanks, 2 warrior priests, 1 melee general, 3 rocket batteries, 2 volley
Discussion on the effectiveness of ancient strategies against modern tanks
The tank is basically unbeatable in a direct confrontation, but they can probably find out the area it's in and dig a deep ditch around it that it can't cross, and after that they can just wait for the pilots to starve to death.
You know what a Pyrrhic victory is?
It was basically a rapid firing scorpio, it wouldn't have more penetrating power than, say, a .50 BMG round (which tanks are functionally immune to) and they were only effective to a few hundred metres at most.
Discussion about the meta in paintball markers and the return of older players
I don't want piranha or tippmann model 98 type recs.
everything works and is so much more affordable then when i was scraping by as a teen
The impact of cap regulations on play styles and paint usage
The cap was intended to level the playing field and get rid of all the cheater boards.
Discussion on tank regulator myths
The water pressure could be 75psi or 110psi and your hands have no idea.
