i got a bread machine for my boyfriend for his birthday like 2 years ago and it’s still the best thing i’ve ever gotten him. this year i got him a phone and the bread machine still beats it lol. he loves it and uses it every single week, it’s SO good and helpful at making bread, and you can use it to make any type of bread by using the dough feature without the baking part & just transferring to the oven after it finishes mixing and proofing it for you. it makes for cheaper and tastier fresh bread. bread machines rule

Produces good bread with the right recipes
You can make 10/10 bread at home - even with a machine.
Ours is a Panasonic, which are considered to be up there in terms of quality, but the bread just isn't *quite* as good when done in the mixer and oven.
Effective for dough preparation
The leavened dough setting allows the dough to rise in the machine.
My KBS IS A WORK HORSE FOR ALL MY DOUGHS ON LEAVEN MENU 12 cause it will get one rise which does all the work then you shape and rise out of the machine in a buttered dish you will bake in and let rise till double then bake..90 min cycle lets you get a lot of other things done 👍hope this helps

Poor manual instructions
the raw dough function on this unit doesn’t give it a rise while the leaven dough does
the raw dough cycle and it shut off after it mixed. I’ll try the leavening cycle next time so it will raise.
