The Aifeel Stand Mixer is a versatile kitchen appliance designed for home bakers and cooks, featuring an 8.5QT and 6QT stainless steel bowl configuration along with multiple attachments. Users have praised its beautiful design, stating, "it really is stunning!" and appreciate the variety of attachments that enhance its functionality, such as the meat grinder and pasta roller. Overall, the Aifeel Stand Mixer is highly recommended for those seeking a multifunctional kitchen helper with a stylish aesthetic.

Key strengths users can’t stop talking about.
Beautiful design and aesthetics
My first stand mixer…she’s a beaut 😍
That bowl is just 😍😍😍😍😍
It really is stunning!
Kitchen Aid stand mixer in clearance deal. It is the old model but looks like much did not change to the new model.
Dough hook works best at speed 2
Just gifted a new stand mixer!! Totally new to this and no idea about anything with this. Tips??? No
Lots of recipes call for higher speeds but that's not how these mixers were designed to work.
I have been using mine for around 23 years and I make bread a couple of times a week. I have never felt the need to go higher than 2.
all models run the dough hook on speed 2.
Large capacity with dual bowls
What a great gift! Tips:
My high school Spanish is a bit rough. I think he said “This truck is the biggest mistake of my life.
Design and aesthetics are appealing
I recently had to adjust everything.
Versatile attachments enhance functionality
People who say they use their stand mixer nearly every day: what are you doing with it?
People who use it every day but don't bake every day probably have a bunch of cool attachments.
I use mine a lot and i basically only use the attachments not the bowl haha.
Doing dishes by hand, the horror! I just can't 🤣
Meat grinder attachment improves taste
The meat grinder attachment gets a lot of use with our kitchenaid.
Hand-washing attachments can be manageable
I just don't like having to wash it by hand afterwards lol.
Hand-wash only goes in the dishwasher anyway.
Makes dough mixing easier
I do a little bit of hand kneading still for some recipes, but it’s less sticky than it used to be.
Yup. I actually wanna sell mine and get the lift bowl so I can do more bread.
Durable and long-lasting
It's a beast. I bought it ten years ago and it's never so much as needed any service or anything.
I've had mine for almost 20 years still working like a champ.
Good for a variety of recipes
I've had mine 30 years. Hubby has changed the grease once in all that time.
I mostly use it for cookies and pie dough, got brave a few months ago and made bread for the first time.
Dough hook works well at lower speeds
Never had a problem with overkneading.
Meat grinder attachment is highly praised
The meat grinder is the best, as is the pasta maker!!!!! Life changing!!!
I’ll second the meat grinder suggestion. It’s hard to go back to packaged ground beef...
I have the meat grinder, the pasta attachments, and the shredder attachments. Love them and use them all a lot.
Attachments enhance functionality
Which attachments do you like?
Pasta roller attachment enhances pasta quality
the kitchenaid roller goes much much thinner, which (in my view) makes the pasta taste a lot better.
Without that pasta roller, no way I would have yummy, thin crackers.

Where it needs some work!

Areas to watch—feedback on possible improvements.
Attachments should not be put in the dishwasher
Don't put that whisk or any other attachments with aluminum hubs in the dishwasher!!!
Don't put the attachments in the dishwasher, hand wash only.
It tells you this in the instruction manual.
Motor can stall at higher speeds
Mine will stall if I mix dough on speed two.
I do hear the motor straining a little at the higher speeds.
Attachments require hand washing
Eh, the attachements are often hand-wash only which makes using them a real chore
can’t throw it in dishwasher? I’m not using that…
Motor can overheat easily
It overheats easily and really jiggles around whenever it's running and recently I was kneading some dough and speed 4 and the motor completely burnt out.
There are two kitchen aid mixers. The lower model that doesn’t have the rising bowl isn’t great if you make breads because it’ll over heat.
Can stall at higher speeds
Not impressed in the least.
Extruder attachment is difficult to use
I've used the extruder attachment and it is miserable! I love my pasta roller attachment though.

Core Power Plays

The specs and strengths that make it shine.
Curiosity about a specific mixer design feature
Whats the mixer with the lines across it for? Sorry idk a better way to call it.
Curiosity about mixer design features
Is this true for the tilt head as well?
Discussion about tilt-head mixer adjustments
if your mixer doesn't pass they give you instructions to adjust it - you'll use a screwdriver to tighten the screw underneath the head.
I think it’s a screw that adjusts how far down the head tilts.
there’s an adjustment feature lol

Unexpected tricks and side‑door uses you’ll love.
Discussion about using a hand mixer instead of a stand mixer.
You make it the exact same way, except by holding the mixer in your hand hahaha
She has a hand mixer? What a moneybags! I just use a fork and a bowl and it comes out fine (my wrist doesn't)
Discussion about using a specific recipe for cinnamon rolls
I recommend Sally’s Baking Addiction recipe for cinnamon rolls!
Discussion about using a hand mixer instead of a stand mixer
This. This is my spirit animal. Oh. My. God.
Humor about kitchen struggles
I was gonna ask if you could pound nails with your triceps.
Discussion on comparing attachments to hand rollers
Are the pasta machine add-ons worth it? They're pretty expensive.
I would 100% recommend the attachment. Maybe it was the pasta maker I had, but it was so annoying to use, because the cranking handle used to fall out quite often when I was rolling it.
My friend got a $50 pasta roller attachment and It’s pretty damn good.

Discussion on the frequency of stand mixer use
And water is also included in my rent. Regular dish soap is also far cheaper than tabs for my machine.
Humor about dishwashing struggles
Heh.
I was sick of having to do the dishes after breakfast, my fussiness wouldn’t allow me to leave them all day as they would attract ants and the kid dishwashers would have been late for school ! 🤣😂
I am single and I run my doishwasher 2 xs a day
Discussion about the maintenance of older mixers
still works like a dream
it's totally worth the work if it hasn't been done in decades.
i am a huge fan of restoration and upkeep!!
It fairly simple. I recommend ensuring you buy food grade grease in the event it ever leaks.
Discussion about kitchen appliance longevity
Never again, kitchenaid mafia 4 life
My mom gave me her 35 year old Sunbeam, received as a wedding gift in the 60s, that was VERY well- loved and used. It didn’t even last through one Christmas season.
Curiosity about specific model comparisons
Tilt head or bowl lift?
Hi! Do you mind sharing what Kitchenaid model you have? Is it the Artisan, the Classic...?
Discussion about KitchenAid's higher price point
Best affordable stand mixer? I want a stand mixer, but those famous KitchenAid ones cost HUNDREDS of dollars.
Reflections on affordable mixer options
Look on the Kitchen Aid website. They often have refurbished ones relatively cheap.

Cautionary Callouts

Know the pitfalls before they catch you off guard.
Anecdotes about long-lasting mixers
Still using one I bought in 1989. A less expensive mixer wouldn’t last half as long.
Some years ago, I bought one of the smaller ones and used it a lot. A few Christmases ago, new husband got me a top of the line one.
