Why is the Ooni so much better? We’re talking heat, and it appears the cuisinart gets just as hot.
This doesn't have the exposed flame that the only offers but I like it better because I can control the char easier.
I just started using mine and haven’t been able to get a dark brown or charred crust yet.

Needs a longer bake but doesn’t look too bad.
How long does it take? My machine takes 45 Minutes for pizza dough and it gets much better if you let it rest for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
