I plan to make a pizza for the first time and I bought a cast iron pizza pan.
Check the heat rating on your parchment paper!! Some are only good for up to 400F and will burn if you put them in a hotter oven.
I recently watched a video... He had trouble transferring his pizza so used parchment paper for the first 2 minutes at 500 degrees.
